"Kapwa ko, sagot ko"
Adopt a family program of the PNP

Phase II Brgy. San Isidro Antipolo City and
Sitio Mata, Dulumbayan, Teresa, Rizal
John Powell once said, “The mind grows by taking in and absorbing lessons, but the heart grows up by giving out favors. A crisis doesn’t make a person, but it reveals what a person is made of. Make a room for God in your heart and He will make a room for you in heaven.”
During these trying times when every Filipino must show solidarity, generosity and kindness in action, the Logistics Support Service (LSS) in celebration of its 62nd Anniversary supported the “Kapwa Ko, Sagot Ko,” Adopt a Family Program of the Philippine National Police (PNP). Recognizing the hardship of poor families particularly those who have no permanent residence. PGEN ARCHIE FRANCISCO F GAMBOA, the CPNP encouraged all PNP members to support countless indigent families throughout the country whose health and well-being are at risk particularly during stricter Enhanced Community Quarantine measures.
With this pronouncement of the CPNP, the LSS adopted 100 families from Phase II, Brgy. San Isidro, Antipolo City and 50 farmers from Sitio, Mata, Dulumbayan, Teresa, Rizal. Rice, canned goods, noodles, soap, facemasks as well as plant seeds were distributed to the above recipients in the barangay basketball court and in their homes, respectively. PCOL RENATO ALBA, PD, Rizal PPO and his staff joined the LSS in this momentous activity.

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” It would be easier for us to regularly decontaminate all our offices and facilities and require mandatory demisting of personnel and visitors to prevent the spread of COVID-19 than sending our personnel to the hospital to cure the infection.
